RightBrains’ core mission is to attract and retain more women in the digital technology field. Why? We believe that creating more diverse teams leads to better solutions for all and to future-proof businesses.
We aspire to transform digital learners into the digital leaders of tomorrow, through our education offering.
Through our career and mentorship platform, we aim to inspire and attract more digital talent. The platform addresses two important challenges of (young) female professionals today:
- Lower the barriers for women to pursue a career in digital technology; and
- Improve the career progress of women in digital businesses.
We support organisations by growing a diverse pool of digital talent.
