About Axveco
What exactly does Axveco do?
Axveco is an AI transformation consultancy. We guide organisations towards becoming AI native: a way of working in which people and agents use AI as a matter of course, as part of how the organisation functions.
What kind of organisations do you work for?
International and national companies, mid-sized organisations, NGOs and government agencies. Organisations that want to take AI seriously and want to talk to the people doing the work.
How long has Axveco been around?
More than ten years. For the past six we have focused entirely on AI, long before the breakthrough of ChatGPT.

About consulting
How do you work?
We start with an orientation conversation to understand where the organisation stands. On that basis we propose a tailored approach.
How long does an engagement take?
That differs per organisation and phase. A first orientation takes a few weeks. A wider embedding assignment can take several months. We always work with a defined scope.
How do you measure whether an engagement works?
At the start we define what success looks like, in the language of management. We track those criteria throughout.
How do you make the results stick?
We work towards a situation in which the organisation can continue on its own. Knowledge and ownership stay in house. Axveco is not a permanent dependency.
Do you also work for large corporates?
Yes. We work with international and national companies, mid-sized organisations, NGOs and government agencies.
About the Academy
What is the difference between similar programmes?
The programmes differ in depth, audience and certification. AI Essentials is accessible to everyone. AI Foundation and AI Brevet go deeper and lead to a recognised certificate. Generative AI Essentials focuses on working with generative AI tools. Generative AI Foundation is about building them.
What is the difference between e-learning, blended and in-company?
E-learning you do on your own, at your own pace. Blended combines an e-learning with a classroom session. In-company is a tailored programme for your organisation, delivered on site, tuned to your context.
Are the programmes certified?
Yes. Axveco is an Accredited Training Organisation of EXIN, Van Haren, Archipel, StudyTube and Bloomville. The Academy lists which certification applies to each programme.
In which languages are the programmes available?
Most programmes are available in Dutch and English. Some also in German and Spanish.
About solutions
What is MCP, and why does it matter?
Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a technical convention enabling knowledge discovery and sharing between AI systems. It works as a central layer through which AI models connect to other data sources and systems.
What is RAG?
RAG connects an AI model to your own knowledge sources so the output fits your specific context, not whatever the model happens to know.
What about security and privacy?
We always build with attention to security, privacy and ownership. We settle that from the start, not afterwards.
Does our data have to be perfect first?
No. We help assess what is there and what is needed. Data migration and data management are part of what we do.
Do you also build fully bespoke?
Yes. If you want to build something that does not exist yet, we think along and build where needed.
