Define What is keeping them busy Now (Before State without using your solution)

Why do we need current activities? What are these people doing on a day-to-day basis? We need to understand what keeps them busy and what awakens them at night. We must be able to spot their high urgency immediate problem.

 

Understand actually truly the customers (5-10) and their environment. We need to understand them so well and what they are trying to do. We must be able to spot their high urgency immediate problem. We need to go and figure out who exactly these customers are to a crazy degree.

 

For Example:

 

  1. Coding and product development meet with the product team, business development, and marketing. 
  2. Trying to generate leads, demos, and close potential customers
  3. Fundraising and reporting to investors, networking with investor friends
  4. Hiring and recruiting new intern
  5. Banking and accounting,
  6. Reading writing, competitor analysis, {Spent time and observe}
  7. Reading and learning new skills
  8. Starting to looking at the resume
  9. Reading, writing, Developing spreadsheets
