1. Introduction
This privacy policy explains how Axveco B.V. (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our custom GPT, AI-MCN (the “GPT”).
Our GPT is designed to provide information by searching a custom database of [describe your data, e.g., “consulting network documents”] hosted on Microsoft Azure AI Search.
2. What Data We Handle
To function, our GPT needs to process the search queries you provide.
- We Do Not Collect Personal Information: We do not ask for, store, or have access to your name, email, payment information, or any other personal account data from OpenAI.
- Data Processed by Our Action: When you ask a question, your query is sent to our custom action. This action runs on a Microsoft Azure AI Search resource. For example, if you ask, “What is IMCN?”, the text “What is IMCN?” is sent to our Azure service to find the answer.
3. How Your Data is Used and Shared
We have a “no-log” policy for your queries.
- No Logging: We do not log or store your search queries or the results on any server we control.
- Third-Party Processing (Microsoft Azure): Your search query is sent directly to our Microsoft Azure AI Search index (
srch-axveco-airflow-rag.search.windows.net) to perform the search. This data is processed according to Microsoft’s strict privacy and security policies for Azure AI Services, which do not use your data to train their models. - OpenAI’s Policy: Your interaction with the GPT interface is also subject to OpenAI’s main Privacy Policy, which you can review on their website.
4. Data Security
The connection to our Azure AI Search resource is secured using an API key and HTTPS encryption.
