We combine techniques from Lean Startup and Growth Hacking to help both startups and corporates achieve success. - Data Driven Plan update and implementation
The plan which you developed at the start of the journey is updated after each step. At the end of the journey you have developed an implementation plan to become data driven! For In-house programmes this is done as a team and the plan is presented to a Dragon’s Den of senior management. This ensures that learning translates to business results!
Journey Schedule
All our learning paths feature an eLearning which you follow in advance of a live interactive session (webinar or classroom). After the live session you can then return to the eLearning for additional in-depth articles, references, exercises and advice on tools etc. The time you spend is therefore a combination of the preparation time in advance, the live interactive session and the follow up you choose to take.
The duration of the individual modules is indicated via the “Blocks” with 1 Block equating to preparation via an eLearning followed by participation in a live interactive session with minimal 1 day total effort. You can optionally return to the eLearning for in-depth articles and references etc.
The live interactive sessions are scheduled at the following dates. You can choose the Blocks you wish to follow and which dates suit you from the table.

How to follow the Data Driven Leadership Journey?
The Data Driven Leadership journey can be followed by purchasing the individual learning paths of your choice from the above table or you can buy one of our packages as shown below:
- Participation in Classroom (or Webinar) sessions – 6 Blocks
This starts with the Data Driven Plan and Foundation modules and ends with the Plan update (2 Blocks mandatory). You choose which additional 4 Blocks you wish to follow at your chosen dates, giving 6 Blocks in total. A coach is assigned to help you through the program. - eLearning version for 4 core learning paths
This high value option gives you access to the eLearning versions of our core learning paths to fast-track you to data driven leadership. The paths are Data Driven Foundation, FAIR Awareness, AI Essentials and Growth.
